You will be joining a dynamic chartered accountancy firm called Lakkad & Co. based in Surat, Gujarat. Our firm is driven by a team of 22 skilled professionals and led by two experienced Chartered Accountant partners. We specialize in providing high-quality assurance, tax, legal, and financial consulting services to a diverse client base, which includes startups, SMEs, and established enterprises with global footprints. Our core services range from statutory and internal audits, GST and income tax compliance, litigation, advisory, project finance, corporate restructuring, to startup support. As a full-time on-site Chartered Accountant in Surat, you will play a crucial role in our firm. Your responsibilities will include undertaking statutory and internal audits, preparing and filing GST and income tax returns, conducting financial analysis, and providing advice on tax and financial matters. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting project finance, corporate advisory, and assisting in business structuring for startups and established enterprises. To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in statutory and internal audits, proficiency in preparing and filing GST and income tax returns, experience in financial analysis, advisory, and project finance, a solid understanding of corporate restructuring and compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A Chartered Accountant qualification with relevant industry experience is required, and knowledge of local and international tax regulations would be beneficial.,
