B.Tech/B.E. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in civil, mechanical, or infrastructure sectors. Experience in dealing with government sector projects will be preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical product knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Expert in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations . Key Responsibilities Source, introduce, and launch new projects for the organization in line with infrastructure and sustainable solutions. Proactively identify and engage with governmental entities, consultants, and decision-makers to build strong networks and drive business opportunities. Identify sales leads, pitch services/solutions, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop techno-commercially viable solutions . Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized solutions and proposals. Deliver effective PowerPoint presentations and technical demonstrations to clients, explaining specifications and solution benefits. Track, manage, and report sales activities, pipeline, and project progress. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the organization s growth strategy.
