Factory-Based Position – Located on Manor-Wada Road

Pick & Drop Facility available for candidates residing between Borivali and Boisar (Mumbai)

Department: Stores / Supply Chain

Reporting To: General Manager / Factory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Incharge to manage and control all store operations at our factory located on Manor-Wada Road (Wada, Palghar). The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar, and come preferably from the snacks, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth handling of materials, proper inventory management, and seamless coordination with production and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

· Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and spare parts using ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

· Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits; reconcile discrepancies.

2. Store Operations

· Manage inward and outward movement of materials with proper documentation (GRN, issue slips, return notes).

· Ensure correct stacking, storage, and labeling as per SOPs and material type (FIFO/FEFO).

· Ensure safe and hygienic storage of food-grade materials as per FSSAI and GMP guidelines.

3. ERP & Documentation

· Execute all store transactions in the ERP system accurately and on time.

· Maintain up-to-date records of receipts, issues, returns, and material transfers.

· Generate MIS reports related to inventory, consumption trends, and stock status.

4. Team Management

· Supervise and guide store assistants and helpers in daily operations.

· Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.

· Train team members on ERP usage and best practices in inventory handling.

5. Coordination & Compliance

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality Control, and Finance departments for seamless material flow.

· Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and support external audits.

· Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management, preferably in food/snacks/FMCG manufacturing.

ERP Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, store documentation, and audit practices.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of FSSAI, GMP, and food safety storage standards.

Soft Skills: Good communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.

Tools: Proficient in MS Excel and ERP reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
