Job Description

As a State Head - Human Resources at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our nationwide field recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership**: - Execute a robust recruitment strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. - Oversee the entire field recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. - Build and lead a high-performing team of field recruiters. - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and regional leaders. - **Talent Acquisition**: - Identify, attract, and hire top talent across various roles and locations. - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including job fairs, campus recruitments, and social media campaigns. - Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process. - Conduct effective interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of qualified candidates. - **Bulk Hiring**: - Manage large-scale recruitment initiatives, including bulk hiring campaigns. - Develop efficient processes to handle high volumes of applications and expedite the hiring process. - Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. - **Performance Management**: - Set clear performance goals and expectations for the field recruitment team. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance. - **Compliance and Risk Management**: - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. - Implement robust background verification and reference checks. - Maintain data privacy and security standards. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the specified in-person work location.,
