Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles within the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize various tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Remote Workers, etc. to source top talent for clients' requirements.
  • Own client relationships and deliver high-quality results to meet their hiring needs through direct client handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field (C2C/Contract-to-Hire/Direct Client).
  • Strong understanding of US staffing regulations (W2) and ability to manage remote workers effectively.
  • Excellent people management skills with a focus on team building and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
