Job Description

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, identifying hiring needs across industries, pitching recruitment solutions, and converting potential clients into recurring business partners.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, persuasive, and comfortable working remotely with clear revenue-linked targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients across EV, Renewable Energy, IT, Pharma, Finance, and related sectors.
Generate new leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and industry databases.
Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and demos with decision-makers.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team for vacancy briefs and talent delivery.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly targets related to lead generation, closures, and revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Knowledge of recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales is a plus.
Comfortable working with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, and basic MS Office.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in remote working environments.
Ability to understand and pitch professional services effectively.
