Job Description: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.• Build an initial pipeline of companies, startups, freelancers, and professionals looking for coworking spaces.• Research basic market segments to find new business opportunities.
2. Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding
• Connect with prospects to understand their workspace needs such as budget, location, number of seats, and required amenities.• Share suitable coworking options from the companys partner network.• Coordinate and schedule site visits, virtual tours, and follow-up calls.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
• Assist in preparing proposals and sharing pricing details with clients.• Support the senior team in moving leads through the sales funnel and achieving monthly targets.• Coordinate with partner coworking centres for smooth client visits and onboarding.
4. Lead Management & Reporting
• Update lead status, client details, and deal progress in CRM tools regularly.• Share daily/weekly reports on lead follow-ups, client feedback, and activity status.• Track lead sources and report on outreach performance.
5. Market Knowledge
• Keep track of coworking spaces, new centre openings, and basic price trends.• Share insights gained from client interactions and market research with the sales team.
6. Relationship Building
• Maintain positive communication with clients throughout their search and decision-making process.• Support in building long-term relationships and identifying repeat business opportunities.
7. Team Support
• Work closely with senior sales executives and follow guidance on sales strategies and outreach.• Contribute to team goals by sharing updates, challenges, and suggestions.
