HR Talent Acquisition Intern (6 Months Internship Pune)

HR Talent Acquisition Interns

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
talent hunting
through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data, interview trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing
MBA / BBA / PGDM in HR
or related field (final semester preferred).
Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
