About the Role


We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the roadmap for our AI platform and end‑user experiences. You’ll define strategy and ship features across LLM orchestration, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), real‑time voice/visual interactions, and enterprise‑grade SaaS capabilities (multi‑tenant, RBAC, usage metering, billing, compliance). You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Go‑to‑Market, and Customers to turn ambiguous problems into scalable, safe, and performant products.


What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap

    for AI platform capabilities (model selection, RAG pipelines, eval harnesses, agents/tool‑use, admin interface, mobile app) and for customer experiences (voice, chat, co‑pilot, agent assist).
  • Define crisp PRDs/specs

    with clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; manage backlog and quarterly planning.
  • Partner with engineering & research

    on architecture and trade‑offs: model choices (hosted vs. open‑source), prompt + system design, embeddings & vector stores, latency budgets, throughput/capacity planning, and cost controls.
  • Stand up evaluation & experimentation:

    offline/online evaluation, truthfulness/safety metrics, regression tests, A/B frameworks, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop feedback loops.
  • Instrument and ship with confidence:

    analytics, product telemetry, dashboards; define P0/P1 SLOs (latency, uptime, quality).
  • Drive safety, privacy, and compliance:

    red‑teaming, policy enforcement, data retention controls, tenant isolation; partner on SOC 2 / ISO 27001 readiness and GDPR/CCPA considerations.
  • Deliver an excellent developer experience:

    clear API contracts, versioning, SDKs, docs, samples; collaborate with DevRel and Support.
  • Own business outcomes:

    packaging & pricing proposals (incl. usage‑based), monetization experiments, adoption & retention levers; support customer discovery, POCs, and strategic deals.
  • Work with sales organization:

    Create proposals, RFP responses, customer pricing and provide pursuit support as required.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years

    in Product Management with

    2+ years

    shipping AI/ML or data‑intensive products

    and

    5+ years

    in modern cloud SaaS.
  • Have a strong design / UX mindset
  • Technical depth to partner credibly with engineers (comfortable reading code/scripts, APIs, schemas) and to reason about

    LLM/RAG systems

    , embeddings, vector databases, and inference trade‑offs (quality, latency, cost).
  • Experience shipping

    APIs/developer platforms

    and customer‑facing features end‑to‑end (from discovery to GA, with ongoing iteration).
  • Strong product analytics skills (funnel metrics, experiment design), and proficiency with tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel/Looker and SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive

    enterprise‑grade

    requirements: multi‑tenant controls, SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logs, data residency, and SLAs.

  • Background in

  • Familiarity with orchestration and infra stacks:

  • Experience optimizing

    token/inference cost

  • Knowledge of security & compliance frameworks (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) and privacy by design for AI features.
