Full Stack Lead

We are seeking an experienced and talented Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern architectural patterns and cloud-native solutions. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for building cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable code
• Architect and develop event-driven systems and microservices
• Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions
• Design and optimize message queue systems using technologies like SQS and Redis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and code quality
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices
• Manage and optimize database operations using MongoDB
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux)
• Design and execute comprehensive unit testing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years of full-stack development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Strong experience with MongoDB
• Proven experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices
• Familiarity with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Experience with message queues (e.g., AWS SQS) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis)
• Proficient in TypeScript
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux)
• Strong unit testing skills and experience
• Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product development or startup environments
• Familiarity with Nest.js
• Knowledge of React Native for mobile app development
• DevOps experience
• Docker containerization experience
