Full Stack Lead

Frontend:

Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) in Next.js.

Solid understanding of API integration between frontend and backend.

Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).

Good understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization in modern web apps

CSS frameworks like tailwind

Backend (choose one stack as primary): Node.js / TypeScript or .NET 8 (C#) or Java.

Hands-on experience with REST API design and OpenAPI specifications.

Strong experience with AWS services (SQS, DLQ, DynamoDB single-table design, API Gateway).

Experience with Redis (caching, idempotency).

Familiarity with resiliency patterns (circuit breakers, retries, exponential backoff).

Exposure to MuleSoft API consumption or similar integration platforms.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, contract, integration).

Experience in observability and telemetry (logs, tracing, metrics).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Frontend (React + Next.js):

Build and maintain responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using React and Next.js.

Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes in Next.js for optimized performance.

Develop reusable components, manage state effectively, and follow modern UI/UX best practices.

Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs using modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.

Ensure SEO optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and adherence to accessibility standards.

Backend:

Design and implement RESTful APIs with proper DTOs, validation, error envelopes, and caching strategies.

Work on message processing pipelines leveraging AWS SQS (consumers, retries, backoff, DLQ).

Implement resiliency patterns such as circuit breakers and idempotency (keys + externalId).

Manage workflows involving MuleSoft API consumption and DynamoDB state transitions (DRAFT ? SUBMITTING ? FINALIZED/FAILED).

Integrate services with API Gateway and ensure OpenAPI compliance.

Develop and maintain testing suites (unit, integration, contract tests).

Ensure observability using structured logs, metrics, and distributed tracing (AWS X-Ray).

Handle performance optimization, scalability improvements, and caching (Redis for cache & idempotency)
