Full Stack Lead

As a Technical Lead at Techeon, you will have the opportunity to oversee the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications. Your role will involve leading a team of 10+ developers, providing technical direction, and acting as the bridge between leadership and the engineering team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of web and mobile developers. - Architecting, designing, and reviewing scalable solutions for apps and platforms. - Driving best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development. - Acting as the technical point of contact between leadership and the dev team. - Breaking down business requirements into technical tasks and guiding execution. - Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products with performance, security, and scalability in mind. - Staying up to date with emerging technologies and evaluating their adoption. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role. - Strong knowledge of web (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, etc.) and mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android). - Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API integrations. - Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 8-12 developers. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-have qualifications may include experience with DevOps (CI/CD, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure), knowledge of AI/ML integrations, modern SaaS products, exposure to agile methodologies, and project management tools.
