As a Full Stack Development Lead at a leading IT software company in Jaipur, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of full stack developers. You will define coding standards, architecture, and best practices while designing, developing, and scaling applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Azure services. Your role will involve building REST APIs, Microservices, and Azure Functions, as well as driving CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps. Additionally, you will ensure that applications are secure, performant, and cloud-optimized. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence and troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers. - Define coding standards, architecture, and best practices. - Design, develop, and scale applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Azure services. - Build REST APIs, Microservices, and Azure Functions. - Drive CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps. - Ensure applications are secure, performant, and cloud-optimized. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and stakeholders) to deliver excellence. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability. **Qualifications Required:** - Frontend: Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS. - Backend: Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core; building REST APIs & Microservices. - Databases: Solid experience with SQL databases & EF Core. - Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on with Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage; CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps). - Leadership: Proven ability to mentor developers and influence architecture/design. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
