Lead Generation Manager – Medical & Beauty Education


About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, people-first Marketing & Lead Generation Manager who loves being on the ground, building real connections, and driving meaningful outcomes.


This is not a digital marketing role — it’s a field-based, relationship-driven position where you'll work closely with our Sales Manager to grow brand visibility, generate leads, and build lasting partnerships. From visiting colleges and training institutes to attending events and forging new collaborations, your goal is straightforward: to bring the right people through the door for our education programs.


Our courses include both medical programs (like PGDCC and Aesthetic Medicine for doctors) and cosmetology/beauty programs (for non-doctors looking to enter the wellness industry).


Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, in-person relationships with colleges, hospitals, beauty academies, salons, clinics, and training centres.


  • Visit institutions regularly to promote our courses, give presentations, and create brand presence.


  • Drive lead generation efforts in your assigned region to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.


  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to align marketing activities with admissions goals.


  • Plan and participate in on-ground events like medical conferences, beauty expos, workshops, and student fairs.


  • Set up partnerships and tie-ups for lead flow and brand trust.


  • Develop tailored marketing materials for doctors, students, and beauty professionals.


  • Track lead flow and effectiveness of marketing efforts; refine tactics based on real-time feedback and results.


  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in both the medical and beauty education sectors.



What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or admissions, preferably in education, healthcare, or beauty training.


  • Proven track record of lead generation and partnership building.


  • Strong networking ability, you enjoy meeting people and building lasting connections.


  • Comfortable with travel and in-person outreach as a core part of the job.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
