Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage key HR functions including payroll processing, end-to-end recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities : 1. Payroll Management • Collect and validate attendance, timesheets, and leave records. • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). • Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursements and reporting. • Handle payroll queries from employees. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Work with department heads to understand hiring needs. • Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.). • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. • Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding process. • Maintain and update candidate databases. 3. People Management & HR Operations • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. • Maintain employee records and HR databases. • Conduct employee engagement activities. • Assist in performance appraisal processes. • Support learning & development and training programs. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role. • Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRMS. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills : • Experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed. • Working knowledge of Excel and payroll tools (e.g., Zoho Payroll, GreytHR, Keka). • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
