Overview: An accomplished Network Engineer Level 3 with extensive experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network systems. Demonstrated expertise in working with a range of networking technologies and protocols, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security across large-scale infrastructures. Key Skills:Mandatory Advanced proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (Cisco Meraki/ASA, Sophos, SonicWALL, etc.). Expertise in routing and switching protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, STP, VLANs). Strong understanding of network security protocols and practices (IPSec, VPNs, ACLs, NAT, firewall policies). Proficient in cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with network monitoring and performance tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG). Strong understanding of SD-WAN technologies and solutions. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Layer 1 to Layer 3 issues. Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible). Knowledge of VoIP, QoS, and unified communication protocols. Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR). Certifications: CCNP/CCIE (Cisco Certified Network Professional/Expert) JNCIP/JNCIE (Juniper Networks Certified Professional/Expert) CompTIA Network+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – for enhanced security expertise. Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-level networks. Successful track record in deploying scalable, high-availability solutions in large organizations. Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and meet project deadlines. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
