Full Stack Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications. Your role will involve overseeing the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, making architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, managing and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps, participating in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues, and continuously improving development processes and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications - Oversee the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment - Make architectural decisions and ensure code quality - Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices - Manage and mentor a team of developers - Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps - Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues - Continuously improve development processes and practices Qualifications Required: - Good Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices - Hands-on Experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx - Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB - Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies - Experience leading and mentoring tech teams,
