The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training, information, content and tools to maximize the performance and productivity of new hires and existing personnel within iCIMS Go-to-market teams: SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineer organizations, Services and partner reseller channel.
In this role, work with stakeholders to understand skills gaps and training needs for various GTM roles. The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will play a key role in managing programs and initiatives from start to finish, including the design and/or delivery of role-based training in a variety of formats.
Understanding the design and delivery of blended learning formats, including instructor-led training, classroom training, virtual training, e-learning tutorials, webinars, workshops, and other training formats is crucial in this role.
