Sr. Sales Coordinator

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track the complete sales order cycle—from enquiry to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial documentation with accuracy and timely response.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and purchase for order execution.
• Maintain updated customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.
• Support the sales team by preparing MIS reports, performance dashboards, and monthly sales summaries.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and sales presentations.
• Assist in tender documentation, vendor registrations, and contract renewals.
• Forecast sales requirements and coordinate inventory availability.
• Handle billing coordination and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
• Provide training and guidance to junior coordinators when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Any degree.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Senior sales support role.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, quotation preparation, and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
