You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through Market survey. Sales Officer Responsibilities: Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with retailers and customers. Achieving the business plan assigned to the officer through retail and projects business Visiting potential paint retailers to explain company products and encourage purchases. Explaining the schemes promotion to the retail outlets and understand the product landing cost and hence retailers' profitability. Collection from all retail outlets for the products sold within the company norm Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales and customer complaints. Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, advantage and benefits. Sales Officer Qualification and skills Graduate from any stream. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FROM PAINT COMPANY OR ANY BUILDING MATERIAL OR ALLIED PRODUCTS For Experience Officer Proven sales experience .
