Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide second-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot operating system issues (Windows, macOS, Linux – depending on environment). Manage and resolve escalated tickets from L1 support, ensuring timely resolution. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. Support Active Directory, user account management, group policies, and file/folder permissions. Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks. Assist in deployment of operating system images via tools like SCCM, MDT, or Intune. Troubleshoot and support VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN connectivity issues. Coordinate with vendors for warranty replacements and hardware repairs. Maintain asset inventory and update documentation regularly. Provide remote desktop support using tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or RDP. Support Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and enterprise communication tools (Outlook, Teams). Assist in IT audits, data backup procedures, and antivirus management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, or similar systems.
