Laptop Repair Technician

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Laptop Repair Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops of various brands and models. You should be skilled in hardware replacements, software installations, and system-level repairs. If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for electronics, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops (e.g., screen, motherboard, keyboard, HDD/SSD, RAM) Perform repairs including part replacements, component-level soldering, and BIOS updates Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and essential software Maintain repair records and provide detailed service reports Perform data recovery, virus removal, and system optimization Communicate repair status to customers and provide technical support Ensure workstations, tools, and inventory are well-maintained Adhere to safety procedures and company repair protocols Requirements: Education & Experience: High school diploma or IT-related certification (CompTIA A+, Diploma in Hardware & Networking preferred) 1-3 years of experience in laptop or electronics repair Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing laptops (Windows/macOS preferred) Experience with BIOS, drivers, and system tools Familiarity with soldering tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment Understanding of ESD safety and basic electronics Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and patience Good communication and customer service skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple repairs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Work Location: In person
