Job Description

Job Description:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops.
Perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance on laptop components.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair status and solutions clearly.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and necessary equipment.
Conduct post-repair testing to ensure devices meet quality and performance standards.
Document repairs, parts used, and customer interactions accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software, including common operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and fix complex technical issues with a quick turnaround.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
Attention to Detail: Precision in handling devices and performing repairs to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple repairs efficiently.
Inventory Management: Experience with tracking parts, tools, and ensuring adequate stock levels for repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
