Laptop Repair Technician

As a Hardware and Software Installation Specialist, your primary role will be to install and support standard hardware and software platforms on laptops and desktops. This will include conducting pilots of installation processes and procedures for laptop and desktop repair, configuring and installing laptops, desktops, and printers. You should possess a strong understanding of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting, along with expertise in MS Office applications and business application support. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring complete recoverability of systems and applications, troubleshooting and resolving business application and system problems, managing the installation of new hardware and software, and maintaining equipment inventory controls and policies. It is crucial to adhere to repair standards and service levels established.
