Job Description

Xpress Labels Private Limited is looking for experienced Sales Coordinators to support our Sales Team and Customers and thereby provide excellent customer support. Their primary role is to assist with various tasks, ranging from administrative duties to communication between different departments, ultimately contributing to achieving sales goals. The candidate must be able to manage schedule and prepare reports.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Sales Support:

  • Maintain and updated customer records and databases.
  • Prepare and process of sales orders and quotes
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

2) Communication:

  • Liaising between the sales team, customers, and inter departments for an effective customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to details and must be able to communicate in a precise manner.
  • .Act a s a single point of contact for customer to resolve issues related to sales orders, pricing, and delivery.

3) Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activity, progress, and forecasts.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.

4) Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain sales documentation, files, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Manage sales correspondence and handle administrative tasks to free up the sales team's time.

6) Customer Relationship Management:

  • Help with customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition after the sale is made.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in sales positions.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Ability to demonstrate administrative experience quality.
  • Enthusiastic towards the role, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Native Language.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Team Player with the ability to maintain company integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales applications.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
