Sr. Project Manager

Job Description: Role Overview: You will be a Senior Project Manager at Fulcrum Digital, responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams comprising operational resources and IT staff. Your role will involve overseeing multiple concurrent projects, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple concurrent projects, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment. - Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliverables. - Conduct regular check-ins and team meetings to understand and address employee concerns. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service, meeting or exceeding client expectations. - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and performance reports for stakeholders and clients. - Collaborate with functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions. - Drive staff development programs, workshops, and training sessions to upskill team members. - Create and manage Statements of Work (SoWs) in line with project and client requirements. - Proactively listen to and address customer complaints and feedback. - Build and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing process improvements and scalability. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - 14-16 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT environments. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience in building SOPs and managing service operations and IT projects. - Experience working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, preferably in IT services. Preferred Skills: - Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
