As a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of innovative products and services. You will need a combination of strong project management skills and a deep understanding of product ownership principles to successfully drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Planning and Execution:** - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. - Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. - Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery. - **Product Ownership:** - Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities. - Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with overall business goals and objectives. - Make informed decisions on feature prioritization, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. - **Communication and Collaboration:** - Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product delivery. - Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones. - **Risk Management:** - Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and manage changes in project scope, ensuring that any adjustments are communicated and agreed upon by relevant stakeholders. - **Quality Assurance:** - Ensure that products and services meet high-quality standards by implementing effective quality assurance processes. - Collaborate with testing and quality teams to conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance processes and workflows. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into project and product management methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or product ownership are a plus. - Must have prior experience working as Programmer/Technical Leader/Quality Leader. - Proven experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner in a technology or product-focused environment. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: - Experience in product development and launch. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. - Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
