Sr. Project manager JD:

• Project planning and execution:

  Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, from defining scope to closing out the project.

• Budget and resource management:

  Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

• Team leadership:

  Build, motivate, and guide cross-functional project teams, providing direction and resolving conflicts to ensure goals are met.

• Risk management:

  Identify potential risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

• Stakeholder communication:

  Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular progress reports, project updates, and strategic alignment to clients and executives.

• Quality and scope control:

  Ensure projects meet quality standards and manage changes to the project scope.

• Process improvement:

  Mentor junior project managers and implement best practices and lessons learned to improve organizational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Project Management and Leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with project management software and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in risk assessment and management.
• Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
• Liaise with IT department, PMOs, RMG teams about resource allocation
• Host a project meeting at least once per week for each project under your direction
• Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
• Communicate project objectives to all team members involved
