Sr. Project Manager

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Both Modular Installations & Doors Installations across high-rise buildings and villas
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in modular & door installation techniques
• Strong understanding of site readiness requirements for Modular & door installation
• Skilled in preparing detailed installation reports and documentation
• Well-versed in conducting quality checks for Residential modular & door installation works
• Vendor & Team Management
• Experience in handling a network of installation vendors
• Strong labor management skills to effectively coordinate on-site workforce
• Good negotiation skills for vendor engagement and procurement processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
