Job Description

A Senior Project Manager for commercial interiors is responsible for leading interior fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, while also managing client communication, site operations, and coordinating with design, construction, and vendor teams. The role requires a leader who can oversee the entire project lifecycle and ensure quality control and compliance with all regulations. Core responsibilities

  • Project lifecycle management: Oversee the full project cycle, from initial planning and design coordination through to execution, handover, and closeout.
  • Budget and cost control: Develop and manage detailed project budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor costs to ensure profitability and prevent overruns.
  • Scheduling and resource allocation: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Team and stakeholder coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Quality and compliance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Risk and issue resolution: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related challenges and delays efficiently.
  • Vendor management: Coordinate and manage vendors, source materials and services, and oversee the purchasing process.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience in managing commercial interior projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction standards, materials, and building regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
