Project Engineer

• Supervising and coordinating: Overseeing all on-site activities for interior fit-out and furniture installation, ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Scheduling and planning: Developing and managing work schedules for various trades (e.g., carpentry, Installations etc.) and ensuring timely material delivery.
• Quality control: Conducting regular site inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring work meets quality standards.
• Safety management: Implementing and enforcing site safety rules, conducting safety orientations, and ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols.

2. Communication and Collaboration:

• Liaising with stakeholders: Communicating with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.
• Providing regular updates: Maintaining accurate site records, providing progress reports, and communicating project status to relevant parties.
• Problem-solving :Identifying and resolving any on-site issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during the project.

3. Team Management:

• Leading and motivating: Guiding and directing site staff, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Providing training and support: Providing guidance, training, and feedback to team members, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.

4. Other Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting drawings and specifications: Understanding and implementing interior design drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Maintaining site records: Keeping accurate records of site activities, progress, and material usage.
• Ensuring site cleanliness and organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Assisting with handover: Participating in final snag list completion and site handover to the client.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
