Job Description

Project Site : Incor Lake City _Patancheruvu

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and execute all finishing works such as
plastering, flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, and waterproofing
.
Ensure work quality as per drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site labor for timely completion of finishing activities.
Maintain daily progress reports and update site engineers/project managers.
Check material quality, ensure proper utilization, and report discrepancies.
Conduct inspections for completed works and ensure all finishing tasks meet safety and quality guidelines.
Assist in resolving technical/site issues related to finishing works.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and support smooth handover.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of finishing materials and workmanship standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Good coordination skills with vendors and contractors.
Quality checking and site supervision abilities.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
