Plan, schedule, and track end-to-end NPD project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using JIRA or equivalent tools. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design inputs, prototype manufacturing, testing, and validation. Maintain and update project dashboards, Gantt charts, and status reports for management review. Identify and track project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions. Support preparation and release of project-related documentation (BOMs, design records, test reports, approvals, etc.). Assist in resource planning, cost estimation, and procurement coordination for prototype and pilot builds. Facilitate project review meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely closure of action items. Ensure alignment of all NPD projects with organizational goals, customer requirements, and standard specifications. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in NPD process efficiency and documentation control.
