Sr. Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, your role involves identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects and developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff. You will outline the resources required for each project and formulate a resource allocation strategy to distribute work effectively. Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to deadlines is crucial, along with evaluating project effectiveness through consultations with clients, consumers, and staff.
