Business HR / Senior HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), your role will be to align the company's people strategy with its business strategy by collaborating with various teams across the organization, rather than limiting yourself to the HR department. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience working in IT companies and IT-based startups in the services industry. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives. You will provide guidance and support on various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Collaboration with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop workforce plans will be crucial in this role. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment, facilitating employee engagement and retention initiatives, conducting HR analytics, and reporting on HR metrics to guide decision-making. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations will also be part of your duties. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of HR experience, preferably in IT companies or IT-based startups. A strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
