Our latest co-working space, 2gethr ORR, has been designed with flexibility in mind. The in-house Design Team has worked with Zyeta's team to build an aspirational environment where everyone aspires to become better versions of themselves.
As a Sr. Manager Business Development for 2gethr, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with other departments to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role within the coworking industry or commercial real estate sector.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Strong business development and networking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive sales strategies and decision making.
• Familiarity with relevant industry-specific regulations, building codes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
