Being the World's First WELL Health and Safety Rated Co-working Space & Southeast Asia's first WELL Precertified v2 co-working space, we make sure to offer a holistic experience to everyone at 2gethr ORR. We always knew flexibility had to be our core feature, in terms of both spatial design & community culture. Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session. About the Role As an Associate Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling brand awareness, building community-driven narratives, and driving performance across digital channels. You’ll blend data with intuition to craft strategies that bring our brand to life—both online and on-ground. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts brand thinker and growth executor, with a deep understanding of digital-first storytelling, paid campaigns, and social media momentum. Responsibilities : Plan, manage, and execute brand campaigns—from brief to performance tracking Lead performance marketing efforts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear growth KPI Build and manage social media strategy and execution, including content calendars and creator collaborations Work closely with design and content teams to craft compelling narratives that align with brand tonality Own the growth marketing funnel, optimize user journeys, and experiment with acquisition and retention strategies Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed for production, SEO, or media buying Monitor brand health, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI; report regularly with insights and next steps Keep a sharp eye on trends, competitors, and new formats in the co-working and real estate space. Requirements : 5–7 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or D2C marketing roles Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns and social media growth Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, etc.) Strategic thinker with creative judgment and data-led decision-making Collaborative spirit with an ability to manage timelines and cross-functional communication A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, open, and energetic environment Why Join Us? Reporting to the Co-Founder, we are currently seeking a talented Network and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our organization's IT operations, ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of our IT infrastructure while aligning technology solutions with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing network infrastructure projects based on customer or business requirements. - Performing all phases of network engineering, including requirements analysis, design, and implementation. - Collaborating with Project Management and Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items. - Developing Bill of Materials (BOM) and contributing to technology acquisition decisions. - Ensuring network services availability, including network connectivity, telecommunication systems, firewalls, routers, wireless capabilities, and network monitoring. - Daily management of the ticketing system to address and resolve incidents and service requests promptly. - Identifying software and hardware lifecycle upgrades and planning the upgrade path for device system software and hardware. - Executing network upgrades and refreshes in coordination with vendors, including testing, evaluation, and installation of enhancements. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bugs or vulnerabilities in network infrastructure. - Procuring end-user assets and software, ensuring security hardening and maintenance. - Timely and effective resolution of end-user issues and requests. - Developing and upholding support policies, procedures, and standards. - Monitoring support ticketing systems to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements). - Managing IT procurement, vendor relationships, and optimizing supplier interactions. - Planning and executing AV setups, selecting equipment, coordinating logistics, providing on-site support, troubleshooting AV systems, managing vendors, and documenting activities. Qualifications and Skills required: - 3-5 years of experience in enterprise network management and wireless platforms, preferably Ruckus and Cisco Meraki. - Proficiency in firewall security design, deployment, and support, particularly with Cisco Meraki MX and Sophos XG series. - Strong troubleshooting skills in switching technologies such as Spanning Tree and Stack. - Experience with VPN technologies like IPSEC and SSL VPN. - Broad knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, and UC. - Familiarity with AWS cloud technology and network diagnostic tools. - CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles, deliver projects on time, and utilize data for decision-making. - Cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. - Bandwidth planning, ISP coordination, and familiarity with Basic Tech stacks, UX/UI design, and data analysis. From ideation and creation through project completion, as a member of Design Studio, you will be part of the seamless synergy between our right-brained artisans and left-brained technologists.
