Job Description

Consult and conduct recruitment strategy and intake calls with talent acquisition partners to quickly learn candidate profiles.
Build long-term relationships with top talent for current and future career opportunities.
Implement and execute strategic recruitment techniques for high-volume, hard-to-fill, aged, and other challenging positions based on business needs.
Use innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to find active and passive candidates.
Source candidates through various creative channels, including social media, online forums, X-ray searches, associations, and more.
Initiate contact with passive candidates for openings and maintain candidate pipelines.
Utilize internal CRM system to manage and create pipelines.
Research market conditions and industry trends to assist in data-driven decision-making and recruitment strategies.
Utilize industry knowledge, social media sources, Technical Operations, and mission-focused knowledge to identify potential candidates from peer/competitor companies.
Manage full life cycle recruiting and build strong partnerships with recruiters to develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
