Job Description

Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's human resources functions. You will play a crucial role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Your strategic input will be essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR initiatives with the business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with organizational goals. - Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and promote employee development. - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and uphold HR best practices. - Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. - Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation following company policies and regulations. - Create and promote a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. - Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development. - Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates, retention, and engagement, providing regular reports. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification preferred, e.g., SHRM, PHR). - Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist or managerial experience. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in change management and organizational development. - Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting. - Background in [insert specific industry if needed].
