Job Description:

Our client, headquartered in the USA with offices globally is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join their global team. The ideal candidate collaborates closely with regional HR leadership and business leaders to understand strategic goals, proactively identify workforce challenges, and drive human-centered solutions.

What You will Do:

· Act as a Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate closely with regional HR leadership and business leaders to understand strategic goals, proactively identify workforce challenges, and drive human- centered solutions.

· Be the Voice of Empathy & Action: Champion a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability. Recognize and address organizational and interpersonal issues with empathy and decisiveness.

· Own Policy Implementation: Translate intent into action by designing and implementing progressive HR policies that meet global standards and local compliance.

· Lead HR Modernization: Drive automation, digitization, and the smart use of AI in HR practices—including recruitment, performance analytics, and engagement models.

· Leverage People Analytics: Deliver workforce insights through dashboards and data storytelling, enabling informed decisions by business and HR leaders.

· Build HR CoE Partnerships: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Engagement teams to deliver a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.

· Onboard for Impact: Champion a warm, high-touch onboarding experience that aligns new hires with our values and performance culture.

· Coach & Influence: Be a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, offering grounded, proactive counsel on sensitive matters, development paths, and conflict resolution.

· Drive Continuous Improvement: Constantly challenge the status quo, identifying areas of opportunity within HR programs and bringing innovative, scalable solutions.

Who You Are:

· 15+ years of rich HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role, including team management.

· Proven experience in a global, technology-driven environment with exposure to HR modernization initiatives.

· Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, compliance, and talent planning.

· Deeply empathetic and assertive communicator—you listen to understand and speak to inspire.

· Demonstrated experience in mentoring HR professionals, nurturing their growth and shaping strategic mindsets.

· Skilled in AI adoption for HR—familiar with current tools used for recruitment, performance tracking, and sentiment analysis.

· A dynamic change agent who leads with influence, credibility, and proactive ownership.

· Outstanding data fluency—can interpret trends, spot risks, and deliver compelling business narratives using workforce analytics.

· Strong working knowledge of HR laws, local labor regulations, and best-in-class practices.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
