Sr. HR

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations and recruitment, with a strong focus on employee engagement, compliance, and policy management. You will serve as a trusted partner to employees and management, ensuring that HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media outreach.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Coordinate internal hiring drives, employee referral programs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain and update the HR Management Information System (HRMIS) for recruitment tracking and analytics.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
• Manage payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, and personnel documentation.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect organizational and legal requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution.
• Foster a positive work culture by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and supporting conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback systems.

Performance & Development Support

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Assist in identifying training and development needs to support employee growth and organizational capability building.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
• Proficient in HR tools, HRMIS platforms, and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
