As a Senior Human Resources professional with 1 to 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR management at our Pune office. Your primary role will involve recruitment and staffing, where you will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews for potential candidates. Additionally, you will work closely with department heads to meet staffing requirements and oversee the onboarding process for new hires. In terms of employee relations and development, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting engagement initiatives. Handling employee concerns with professionalism and organizing training sessions to facilitate employee growth will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Performance management will be another critical area where you will assist in the appraisal process, offer constructive feedback, and aid in setting goals and implementing performance improvement plans for employees. Ensuring HR compliance and proper administration is essential, including maintaining employee records, upholding data confidentiality, staying updated on labor laws, and ensuring HR policies align with legal standards.
