As an HR Head, you will play a crucial role in developing corporate plans for various HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety. Your responsibilities will include devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development. You will oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics, while also supervising the work of HR personnel and providing guidance. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employment relations, communicating with labor unions, monitoring policy adherence, and handling grievances and violations that may require disciplinary action.
