Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions to client issues, and working closely with other departments to meet client needs. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.
