Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location: Hadapsar, Pune (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, especially with US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, be proficient with AI-powered tools, and have a basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. Experience with social media content creation and video editing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for social media, web, ads, and marketing materials.

Edit high-quality videos including short-form content, reels, product demos, etc.

Work on basic UI/UX tasks such as creating landing page designs, wireframes, and app screens.

Use AI tools to enhance design productivity and generate creative ideas.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet branding and campaign goals.

Ensure content is optimized for various digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Maintain design consistency and follow brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Proven experience working with US clients (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar.

Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for basic UI/UX tasks.

Experience in designing social media posts, reels, and short-form content.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to motion graphics and basic animations.

Understanding of UI/UX trends and responsive design principles.

Experience with design collaboration tools like Trello, Slack, or Asana.
