We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who can own paid media campaigns across platforms, optimize website performance, and lead demand generation efforts with an ROI-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution 

o Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Reddit, Pinterest).

o Manage full-funnel paid marketing—from audience research, creative briefing, to retargeting and lead conversion.

o Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC) and implement actionable insights.

• SEO & Website Growth 

o Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic rankings and site authority.

o Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and backlink building.

o Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site wide.

• Analytics & Reporting 

o Build weekly/monthly reports using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.

o Set up and maintain performance dashboards, track performance across campaigns and platforms.

• US Market Alignment 

o Understand cultural trends, consumer behavior, and seasonal opportunities in the US market.

o Run competitor research and stay ahead of digital trends in the US digital advertising ecosystem.

• Collaboration & Campaign Management 

o Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with company goals.

o Provide creative directions and copy suggestions for ad creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Strong understanding of SEO strategies (technical and content-driven).

• Familiar with tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.

• Ability to independently plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Experience with email marketing automation (e.g., Klaviyo, Brevo, ActiveCampaign) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Shopify / WordPress / Webflow is an added advantage.
