Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Handled end to end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions that meet their business objectives. Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets. Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software development industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience with international business development and sales. Knowledge of specific industry domains relevant to the company’s clients. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Show more Show less
