Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in South Delhi. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the lab's diagnostic services. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans to meet business targets, networking with healthcare professionals and organizations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions. Regular reporting on market insights, sales performance, and competitor analysis will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
• Willingness to work on-site in South Delhi with a customer-centric approach
