Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Phlebotomy Technician located in New Delhi. The Certified Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for performing venipuncture, collecting blood samples, handling specimens, and ensuring proper labeling and storage. The role also involves adhering to laboratory safety protocols, maintaining patient confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service to patients. Additionally, the technician will assist with other laboratory tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Laboratory Medicine
• Strong Laboratory Skills including Venipuncture and specimen handling
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician is required
• Experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in phlebotomy or medical laboratory technology is beneficial
