We are now preparing to launch Wellafi in India, starting from Kochi. Our platform is designed to seamlessly connect individuals with trusted healthcare providers and wellness partners across diverse domains — including preventive health, diagnostics, consultations, fitness, therapy, aesthetics, and wellness programs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Kochi. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying potential customers, initiating contact, presenting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Hindi will be considered an advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role
